Strength & Conditioning

Another factor setting Sports Medicine apart from other rehabilitation clinics is that we have a strength and conditioning centre integrated into our clinic space.

Anyone who has experienced an injury will benefit from the Return to Play program at Mind to Muscle. Whether you’re an elite level athlete or looking to maintain an active lifestyle, the Return to Play Program is the key to maximizing your recovery. Our team is dedicated to getting you back to the activities you love as soon as possible. We have fantastic return to play results! No matter what the injury – we have helped numerous athletes get back in the game quickly and safely.

Coaches are Certified Athletic Therapists and/or Certified Strength and Conditioning Coaches.

What do the programs entail?

  • Initial visit will be a Movement Analysis to determine the demands of the individual’s activity or sport.
  • Participate in an individualized exercise program designed to restore & maximize function.
  • Participants will be challenged using safe & appropriate methods, enabling clients to progress on an individual basis through their training
  • Each session will deliver power, core strength and balance with total body strength and endurance.
  • Following your training program you will find yourself restored to (or exceeding!) your pre-injury health and fitness levels!
