EXERCISE #1

Our Chiropractor, DR. ADAM MURPHY, discusses common causes of shoulder and neck pain.⁣ ⁣ Often times in our clinic, clients are presenting with shoulder and neck pain. These clients have a difficult time separating movements between their neck and shoulders. ⁣EACH EXERCISE IS DEPICTED IN A SEPARATE POST. ⁣

1️⃣The first exercise requires only shoulder blade movements in square like pattern. The shoulder blade will move up, inwards, down, and then outwards. This requires each specific movement to use individual muscles controlling the shoulder blade. ⁣ ⁣ ⁣Check with your therapist to see what exercises are best for you.
