3️⃣The third exercise to encourage shoulder blade movements is a depression and elevation based one. This exercise is done in the quadruped position. Begin by raising the shoulder blades close to the ears and then depress the shoulder blades down. While maintaining straight arms, the movement should focus on only the blades moving up and down along the back.⁣ ⁣ Check with your therapist to see what exercises are best for you.
