Planking - an adjunct to your rehab program

Do you know what feels like eternity? That’s right - holding a PLANK for 1 minute! We’ve all incessantly glanced at the clock while doing this exercise!

The PLANK is a great isometric core strengthening exercise that works not only on your deep inner core (abdominal muscles) but secondary muscles like deltoids, pecs, traps, glutes, quads and more.

Our PT student, Mark, demonstrates some variations of this exercise (without looking at his watch!)
